Faery Haven Original Sculptures
Hunter is a Silva Fatum, or more commonly known as a Forest Faery. He is a border rider for his clan, and is in charge of scouting the borders of his clan's forest, Hunter Ridge. Hunter is of noble blood and was named in honor of the human clan Hunter who asked his faery clan to protect the woods so many years ago. He is proud and honest, and has devoted his life to keeping the Hunter woods safe.
He is a Pure Sculpt, meaning that he was completely hand sculpted by the artist without the use of molds. He is sculpted from polymer clay built over a wire armature for strength. His skin has been left the natural color of the clay, with subtle hints of blush for a realistic skin tone. His facial features have been hand painted. He has piercing blue eyes that have been hand painted with many layers to achieve the illusion of depth. Hunter has wild brown tibetan lamb hair that has been applied lock by lock.
Hunter is a highly detailed sculpture, with special attention to even the smallest of things, like fingernails and creases in the skin. Hunter stands less than 7 inches high, and about 8 inches on his stand.

Faery Haven Info: Artist Sarah Arruda sculpts wonderfully whimsical creatures from the depths of her imagination. All creations from Faery Haven are one of a kind, and never made with the use of molds. Each whimsical character is beautifully unique, each displaying a different look and personality. Most sculptures, with the exception of baby sculptures are created with wire armatures for support and for a more realistic feel. Costuming is always done by the hands of the artist, as well as the painted features, and the dying of the hair.
Shipping: Buyer pays $10 for shipping and insurance. I will ship through USPS unless the buyer prefers another method. However, if the buyers chooses another method, they will have to make up the difference in shipping costs.

Hunter's wings are made from a flexible polymer, with wire for support. They are very durable and can be gently positioned to you liking. Hunter bears the tattoo of the Border Riders, a dragon with outstretched wings.
